Alex Lee Yun Ping is the CEO of Ping Anchorage Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and Terra Resorts, known for his contributions to Malaysia’s tourism and heritage conservation. In 1990, he established Ping Anchorage Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd to promote inbound tourism.
In 2011, he launched the Terrapuri Heritage Village in Penarik, Terengganu, a significant conservation project that restored 29 heritage houses and palaces. Building on this success, in 2016, he initiated the Terradala Kuala Terengganu project, which includes a hotel, museum, café, tour packages, and arts.
Continuing his dedication to preserving Malaysia’s cultural heritage, in 2023, he led the Terramalai project, which restored 16 traditional Malayan houses. His projects have earned multiple awards at state, national, and international levels.
